Where can I use my Cred Card?
Cred card holders can use their cards at any of the millions of merchants across where Mastercard are accepted.
Can I generate monthly statements?
Yes, you can download your statement through the document's tab in your credfam dashboard.
What companies will you accept as customers?
We accept all Nigeria businesses. Our product is generally towards businesses,especially one that frequently deal with physical cash. We open accounts for sole proprietors or trusts.
Sending and Receiving Money
Where can I find my wire details?
You can find my wire details for your account by going to your account page or through the closest agent(s) or banking outlet.
Can I send money via bank transfer?
yes you can send bank transfer through your crediometer dashboard by going through the send money flow.
Can I deposit cash in my account?
Yes, you can deposit cash to your account.
Cred Card
When, where, and how will my debit card arrive?
Your Cred card should arrive in your business address within 8 - 10 business days of request.
How do I activate my Cred card?
Go to your profile on the CredFam app and set a pin for your card once you've received it.Also, you can reach out to any of our agents or banking outlets.
How do I set my Cred card PIN?
Go to your profile on the CredFam app and find the Cred card you want to set new pin to, you'll be able to set a new pin to the Cred card.
I’ve lost my card. Now what?
You can replace your card by going to your CredFam dashboard, finding your Cred card under its associated account page and clicking replace card.
Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
Yes, our Cred card can be used at ATMs.
There’s a charge I don’t recognize on my card. What
should I do?
Go to your CredFam app and check if you recognize ny action that may havr cause the charges. You may also want to lock the Card, withdraw the money on the card or replce your Cred card by going to your CredFam dashboard.

Do I get a savings account?
Yes you do.
